A Career Change Strategy Session is a two hour intensive session where you and I work together to help you get clear on what it is you really want to do and create a practical plan of how you're going to make that happen.

HOW IT WORKS
In this two hour intensive, you’ll have me, Selina Barker, as your personal career coach helping you to:
Identify the core ingredients you need to feel happy and fulfilled in the work that you do
Explore career options that could really suit you and get you excited
Help you uncover any core fears that might be keeping you stuck (and will show you how to handle those fears)
Work with you to create a clear and practical career change plan that has you going away feeling excited and knowing that you really CAN do this and have the career you dream of!
The session is done on Skype or Zoom so that at the end you have a 2 hour video that you can watch back whenever you need a boost.

About Selina
Selina has been helping people change career and start their own businesses for over 10 years. She co-founded Careershifters.org in 2007, then went on to start up her own career change consultancy, worked with best-selling authors to design and run online courses to help people change career and start their own businesses and in 2014 she co-founded Project Love with Vicki Pavitt and it has been happily ever after ever since. In that time she has coached over 2000 people, from top talent at Google, Apple, 4Creative and UN Women, lawyers, A-list musicians and even her grandma, helping them to get clear on what it is they really want to do and helping them create a plan that will make it happen.
