We are just under a week into our self love challenge - 28 Days of Love (it’s free to join!) and in this episode we talk about the lessons we’ve learnt so far in taking on this delicious challenge and how different it feels to when we did it last year.
Self-love is after all a practice. No matter how bad you might feel at loving yourself right now, it IS something that you can learn to do and something that you can learn to get really good at. We are proof! Year on year this challenge has become easier and easier for both of us. And in the early days we had so much resistance to it at the start. Even last year!
So join us for an episode where we dive deep into the topic of self-love as a practice and the lessons we have learnt over the years that have helped us to get good at loving ourselves with ease.
